Production Payments Platform Maintenance (Degraded Performance)

Scheduled - One of our providers will be performing scheduled system maintenance to implement essential updates.

Due to this maintenance, our platform will experience a delay in receiving confirmations for new payments(e.g., SEPA, SEPA Instant, FPS):
- Incoming Payments: Any new incoming payments made during this window will not be visible in your account history or reflected in your balances. All those transactions will be reflected on our platform until when the maintenance is complete (after approx. 15:00 CET).
- Outbound Payments: You will be able to initiate outbound payments, and these will be visible on our platform. However, they will be processed by the provider with a delay. Final confirmation and balance updates on our platform for these outbound payments will occur after the maintenance.
- Virtual Account Services: Creation and activation of new virtual accounts will be temporarily delayed.

All other services are expected to operate normally. We will post an update once the maintenance is complete.
