We will perform scheduled maintenance to implement a mandatory update to TIPS-hosted currencies, required by the European Payments Council (EPC) and the EU Instant Payments Regulation (IPR). This update ensures compliance with EU standards and strengthens the security, efficiency, and reliability of euro instant payments.
Impact on Fiat Republic Services: - Outgoing SEPA Instant (EUR) Payments: Processing will continue, but delays or rejections may occur as the receiving banks are also updating their systems. - Inbound SEPA Instant (EUR) Payments: Payments may be delayed as many banks will pause sending payment during maintenance. - Other payment services: Operations will continue as normal.
We will provide updates when maintenance begins and upon completion. This update is regulatory-mandated, ensuring a secure and compliant payment environment for all users.
