Please be advised that one of our banking providers will be conducting its annual Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing on Saturday, 28th June 2025.
This is a mandatory test of their critical systems. The testing will commence at 10:00 CEST and is expected to conclude by 18:00 CEST, lasting approximately 8 hours.
What to Expect During the Testing Window:
Instant Payment Schemes will continue to process both inbound and outbound transactions without interruption.
However, account balances and reporting will not reflect these transactions until after the testing is completed.
Virtual Account creation and updates will be temporarily delayed and will resume once the DR testing is concluded.
We will provide updates on our status page throughout the testing period, confirming when testing begins and once it is successfully completed.
