We would like to inform you that on Saturday, 30th August 2025, starting at 11:00 CET, one of our banking providers will be conducting a scheduled quarterly release.
This release will implement security updates that are essential for maintaining the integrity and performance of services. The maintenance is expected to last approximately six (6) hours, concluding around 17:00 CET. *Duration may vary.
During this period, Instant Payment Schemes (FPS for GBP & SEPA Instant for Euro) will continue to process both inbound and outbound transactions without interruption. However, please be advised that these transactions will not be reflected in your account balances and reporting until after the maintenance window has been completed.
Additionally, please note that IBAN Creations/Activations will be temporarily delayed during this timeframe.
